hello.. we're asked to make a business plan for our business practicum next semester & we're planning to open up our own specialty cupcake business. i need help in the industry analysis part -- specifically in the classification & size of business. can anyone please give me some sample business plans of cupcake shops so i can base from them. please & thank you.
