Same spam always appears at the top of my email?

Everytime I open my yahoo email, there is the same Digital PC advertisement waiting there for me at the top of the pile (in my inbox). I delete it everytime and I never open it but each time, it's still there when I re-open my email account. Is this a virus? How does it always stay on the top? And how do I get rid of it?
