I've an i900 omnia, with sim or without sim , the message is phone desactivated in frech telephone desactiv
 
try reset factory or flash it, if after flashing PDA part handset will not reconnects with PC in Phone mode... possible 2 variants: phones HW faulty or dead phone bootloader ..

modem part of ur phone damaged.
you can not flash modem part.just can flash pda part.
and *#06# not work on your phone.
nobody can repair that problem yet.

but DLD team working tohard on this problem.

be sure that this problem can be solved ! IF HW OK - possible to repair modem part - flash bootloader via JTAG and reflash as normal phone after. I have repaired many omnias with same problem!!! so simple to say "nobody" ...
