Sam E250V network but not make call

I have recieve 1 Sam E250V For flash.
I have make flash successful with ust pro 2 but the phone no make call
have memory card icon on screen (no memory card is inside the phone)
no sound.i have flash 2 times with 2 different flash but same things.Some body can tell me how can i flash it after it work cleanly?


i 'am waiting. Thanks
