I have friend which buying salvaged cars (those car needs only small minor repairs) and selling like normal cars in price 2x bigger than he bought it (2007-2009), just he selling in normal price without information that car were salvaged.
Is it proper way to sell those car like this ? I seen on auctions many cars cat3 etc and their price was very low...
