Whenever i go to bed and wake up my saliva is tinged with blood. I have had a dental visit in the last month and flossing was suggested. Despite this the problem still occurs.
If you also have acid reflux I would see doc in case of bleeding ulcer, but if not I think it's a dental problem. My husband had a gum disease and always had a ring of blood on the inside of his lips in the morning.
