Hello, I am doing some research for a friend who has an intolerance to Amines. She does not have a food allergy, only an intolerance to certain fooRAB, which results in headaches, and tiredness. I am looking for information on this from either those who have experienced an amine intolerance or can offer a helpful reccomendation to gain more information on a cure or solution.
Also are there any types of medication that can help make the reaction to this intolerance have less effect on her, so as not to become so tired or have as many headaches.
