I am from canada and sold a few phones on ebay to USA buyers and am wondering if I should be collecting taxes. The reason why I am asking is because Paypal has the option to add taxes at the end. I get customs part but does not seem right to collect taxes as I don't know how I would give it back to the USA government.
Also should I open a store on eBay? I mean is there a requirement to do so after u sell stuff more that x amount of money
