I am on a VERY tight budget and planing to get the MBP 13" base model. if i get it from the apple store here in CT it will be around 1270USD but i want to get that lower. i did some looking around and found out that some of the resellers don't have sales tax and free shipping. one of them is powermax.com with a price of 1188USD. but im wondering if people bought from MacMall, i heard that they don't have tax ether and their price is 1159USD Also mac connection with a 100$ rebate off the original price of 1199 but it takes like 8 weeks to get... so im wondering out of the three or if you have any better ideas on were i should get my first mac.
