I am looking to move to the eastern shore of Virginia. When applying for jobs as sous or excutive chef the ask for desired ammount of pay. I was wondering if anyone could help me with a a range. I have my AOS in culinary arts and eight years experience. I am applying to country clubs and fine dinning restaurants. Also, if anyone knows of any positions available along the lines, that would be great too! Thank you in advance for your answers.
