Salad Fingers

There are probably only a handfull of internet cartoons that are truly well known and significant enough to start en entire thread about on a forum like this, but Salad Fingers is definatly one of them.

Just in case you haven't heard of it though, let me introduce it to you with this link to the fourth episode in the series (in my opinion, the best episode). There is no need for me to describe its content, it really speaks for itself:

It is without a doubt my favorite internet cartoon, probably one of my favorite cartoons altogether. All to many internet cartoons are (generally pretty bad) imitations of popular TV cartoons such as Family Guy or Drawn Together, but Salad Fingers is very unique. Err, well, at least it was very unique back when it first appeared; it then of course launched a whole slew of similar "disturbing" toons (most of which were, unsuprinsingly, pretty mediocre compared to "Trope Maker").

Salad Fingers is pretty crazy...I watched it for the first time several years ago and as you said, it's very...original. Speaking of interesting things on the Internet, anyone ever heard of (non-animated) Shaye Saint John?

I'll admit, it didn't really grab me until episode 5. The ending of that one is just so deliciously creepy. Episode 6, however, was just epic.

I just wish they were more of them. I was kind of hoping for at least some kind of finale. 6 felt like it could have been just that, but 8 felt a little weak.

Salad Fingers, so creepy yet so satisfying. Ever since I first saw the first episode, I fell in love with the series. It has it's own uniquely creepy-yet-hilarious feeling I doubt too many other people besides David Firth can create. His other works aren't half bad either.

It's not strictly salad fingers, but it's by the same guy. He did a valentines day cartoon that just had me rolling with laughter... Yeah, that's the kind of thing I find funny...

'Well, same time next year.'
