I need some help with this program. i understand layering, like how to color UNDER the lines. but my problem is that i have to real pictures of a certain celebrity that i would like to edit. i want to layer them so that it looks like this...http://shawtyofbieber.tumblr.com/post/2523010653...but without like the .gif and i im going to only use 2 pictures. can Sai Paint Tool make those kind of photos. if not what FREE FREE FREE program can, besides gimp (sooo confusing for me) or photoshop. thank you
