My sago's are large, I have several planted in my yard in central GA. The bases are larger than basketballs. Every year I get several leaves the turn brown and dry from the cold. This year the majority of leaves in that state. The base seems in good condition. Can I cut off all leaves from base and start over with new leaves coming out? (not digging up)
