Being a techie has left my muscles wanting. I can't physically maintain many exercises anymore to build strength or muscle reasonably fast (or perhaps even at all) and the regular use of weights during my daily walking routine for the past several months has done very little for me. I have carpal tunnel syndrome in both arms and have been dealing with it now for a year. I treated it temporarily with chiropractic therapy and now the effects are returning. Eventually something will need to be done, but in the meantime I'm concerned that using shake weights (my plan) or some other more 'drastic' form of help to get in shape might further degrade my condition.
