Safe to use a car charger with a W600i tag on a Z310a?

Hey,

Is it safe to use a car charger that has a tag on it that reads "E W600i" to charge up a Z310a?
It's confusing to me because my wall charger only has two protruding pins, but this car charger has all of them, all the way across.
