Safari download manager for iPhone HELP?

I got the download manager from cydia and it has been working fine. But I can't open up download or file that I downloaded. I don't where there stored and I don't know how to use them. For examble I just finished downloading an ipa file( cracked apps) but I don't know how to install it. Help please
