Saddle sores from bike riding?

I think thats what they are called. I can't really see but where my butt touches the bike seat it feels kind of like an ingrown hair or something. What is the best way to handle this type of deal.

Also I have not made the move to buy a super hero costume yet with stretchy pants and what not. Would that help? Currently I ride in shorts or a bathing suit on the beach sometimes for as long as 2 hours.
