Two years ago I managed to slip a rib by tripping over my dogs. It was nearly a year before somebody actually identified the problem and solved it. During that time I could feel my lower back 'not sitting quite right' and, as I have had an old injury from strain some sixteen years ago, it didn't surprise me. I managed to keep my lower back ok by doing simple exercises, but the sli. pped rib prevented me from continuing as my mid back would lock with excruciating pain that pinned me to the floor. My problem now is lower back sacrum. I am not getting back ache, but rather a feeling of locking and then a spasm trauma that is scream out loud pain and locks my back. What is going on? I am seeing a physio but it seems to be making little progress. Any guidance will very gratefully received. The physio has been unable to work on the last three facets in my spine as they are scream out loud painful. Ann
