S60 3rd force any app to a system app?

Hi all i just recently played with someone's N73 and noticed he had either a task manager or some sort of a phone browser that allowed him to set any application as a system application. Do you know the name ot that program?

What does setting it as a system app do?
 
Are you sure that the app did this? I've never heard of this app and wouldn't think that this is possible. In order for an app to be a system app (as far as I know) the author must request this capability during the signing process.
 
Yea when you hit the end key it doen't close the app like it does with other apps. As I remember if you restart the phone it of course won't be open, but you just have to open it once and it stays open until the phone is shut off.
 
Yeah with apps like Agile Messenger I also leave it unchecked because I don't mind if it closes. I set ACM and IVCM as system apps though so that when my phone gets bogged while I'm playing a game or something, I can be sure that whichever call manager I'm using at the time will remain open and active.
