S5233A speaker and mic work only when active speaker in call

I have a problem in Samsung S5233a speaker and mic, they work only when active speaker in calls.

I flashed it many times with different flash files (S5233a, S5233w, S5233s and also S5230 ) but still the same problem.

Anyone knew this problem or have its solution.
