S5230 Limited Service

Hi, I have purchased a Tocco Lite (S5230) that displays Limited Service. I have re-flashed with XXIG4, and also tried XXIE7 and a couple of others, but always Limited Service is displayed.
I have had a browse through the forums and from what I have read the EEPROM needs to be flashed. Do I need a box to do that or can I use some software & datacable ?
If I need a box which would you recommend and where do I get the required EEPROM files from ?
 
It seems no one is able to assist me on this, or at least no one has replied here !!

OK I have purchased a Z3X box, so all I need now is the EEPROM file

Does anyone have the file I need or know where I can get it ?
