S500i questions

Hi guys..I just got my s500i today, and I seem to have a few problems with it. I'm wondering if anyone else has had these.

First of all, my screen is well, crooked...one side is flush with the frame and the other side isn't. Another part is that the black plate (above the battery cover) is loose on one side. and the last thing (so far) is that my slider is crooked. Now, I bought this over ebay, because Canada doesn't have any phones like this. Would Customs take apart my phone? or is this the shipper's problem
 
honestly I think thats how you bought the phone :rolleyes: the seller may have ripped you off with a crappy product/phone :ah:
 
Yeah, I wouldn't have bought a phone from ebay :p
I bought mine at mobileshopdotcom I've had no problems with it! :D
 
I got my phone off eBay and it's great but you always want to make sure it's new and in the box and just in case make sure the seller has a return policy.
