S50 Hard Saddlebags?

I have a 2005 S50 and bought a set of "universal" hard (plastic) saddlebags for it. They didn't come with the brackets. These are a very nice looking set of bags that will fit on the bike (with relocation the turn signals). My question is...is there anyone who makes a bracket that will work for this application, or will the brackets have to be fabricated? Oh...while I'm at it, do they also make a turn signal relocation kit as well?
 
I have Leatherlyke bags, and I noticed on their website that you could order a turnsignal relocation kit. It worked well for my S50.
