so in season 4 episode 13 of gossip girl, are chuck and blair together or not??
i've missed a lot of episodes i think so i'm a bit confused haha...
and are dan and vanessa dating??
and whatever happened to jenny????????

No, Chuck and Blair arent dating
No, no one cares enough about Vanessa to write her a story line
Blair banished Jenny from the UES after she slept with Chuck in the last season's finale
