Hi its my first time on.
Im waiting mri lurabar sacral results, this is due to having five episodes of sciatica in a year, each one becoming progressively worse. The last attack was at the begining of sept and left me in traction, on crutches ans nurabness/no feeling in the left side of my left foot. After weeks of PT i was not eligible for an mri scan.. my doctor persisted and i eventually had a scan the begining of this month. Im anxious of the results. My doctor and the specialist physio say i have damage to my s1 nerve. Can someone please give me some advice on what may happen next???????????
Im also in fear of having that severe pain again!!! as you can well imagine. I am a fit baby 39 year old who is nowhere overweight and am very active.....................help .... Lou
