Rutgers-NB wait list for Business. want to get in badly!!!!! ( high school student?

So, basically, i have been accepted to the Economics program but wait listed from the Business school for Rutgers-NB. It is almost the end of April, and i have taken a risk by enrolling to Rutgers for Economics first, then hope to get into business of of wait list. I really want to the NB Business school for accounting and just wondering how to boost my chances to get in. Should i call the admissions and express my passion, write them a note or email? I have already sent in my mid year grades and it has indeed improved tremendously with UW of 3.65. ( considering its all AP classes).. Any former students who have experienced this case, regardless whether it is Rutgers or not, please give me advise upon what i should do and how i should deal with this matter. Oh and i am in-state

Some basic percentages if you guys know how many ppl get in from waitlist..
