I have an 01 Honda Civic. I notice rust coming out from under the rubber strip at the top of the windshield and i lift up the strip a tiny bit and there's tons of rust under there. I need this car to last for another 4 years and would like it to look decent. First-what do i do to treat the rust? Second-How do I get under that rubber strip or remove it? 3rd-How much would it cost for a body shop to do it?
