So we have gotten pre-qualified for a rural development loan. We have put offers on three homes and so far the appraiser has not approved any of them. All of the houses are decent and no real serious problems with any of them. Are there strict guidelines for appraisers? Also does the rural development loan have their own appraisers or does the bank your going through send out the appraiser?
