Running/walking good on the treadmill even if you have belly fat?

I run/walk everyday on my treadmill. I burn at least 700 calories a day. Watch my food intake and drink plenty of water. How long will doing this show results? I'm 5'8 and over 200 pounds :( I feel great and want to keep it up. How long will it take to see results?
