Running Vs Biking Vs Swimming Vs Jump rope + more questions?

What is better for losing belly fat/man boobs biking running swimming or jumping rope? Please rate them from 1-4 1 being the best.

Also another question is do you need to do cardio to lose fat before gaining muscles (biceps, abs, etc.) or can the muscles grow over the fat.

EDIT** let me rephrase my last question. Would i need to do cardio to burn off the fat first, or will just lifting weights burn off the fat and build muscle at the same time. Would it be faster if i did cardio first or should i just lift?

though, 1 and 2 could go either way, I'd rank jumping jacks first but it wasn't on the list

muscle and fat tissue are two completely difrerent things, as such you can melt your fat away while building your muscles
 
swimming burns the most calories, and sculpts your arms and chest/upper back the most. though if you swim everyday like michael phelps or someone like him, your entire body would be ripped, i think.
running and biking tones your legs, and ab exercises with them would firm your abdomen area.
i'm not sure what jump roping does. i'm sure it helps somehow, but not as much as swimming, running, or biking.
muscles don't 'grow over' fat. you burn the fat and build muscle ;)
 
1. Swimming works the most muscles in the body at once.
2. Jump Rope is good at burning calories and it works your legs and core
3. Running is important for lower body strength
4. Biking helps with back and leg muscles

If you use variety it will make the workouts more enjoyable and that will help you burn weight faster.
