I won't have to run it for awhile but i need some advice. First off i am on the large side and am kinda out of shape and i am in 8th grade. But waht i want to know is how can i improve. My gym teacher is an A** and so are most people in my class. I have like to 2 friends in there so yea. but when i run i look like an idiot an i am made fun of. SO mostly i am on my own. now you know why i hate running the mile. So any posative advice will help a lot.
