All summer i had gotten into a good workout routine of jogging outdoors around the town for 30 minutes.
I have not been able to do that, because it gets pitch dark outside before i'm even home from work, and i'm too afraid to run in the dark at night.
I don't really want to join a gym.... :/ running outdoors was free...
I need an equivalent exercise that i can indoors??? Any ideas? I feel so out of shape again since i'm not running!!
