Running out of options

I usually try to give advice in this forum, but I need some outside the box ideas. I am hoping someone like braindead5400 can chime in because he seems to know a lot of phones that I tend to forget about.

I currently have a tmobile SDA, and I am not that pleased with it. I am actually not that pleased with any of the 5 phones I have gone through in the last 30 days (read the sig). I liked my 6260, but I kept it mostly out of convenience than real enjoyment.

I am hoping someone has a suggestion that i might have missed in my tour of phones. Price is not really an option (I would rather spend $300 than $600, but $600 once is better than trading 3 $300 phones). I have listed my wants below in order of priority and reason for that order. If anyone comes up with a suggestion I haven't tried (look at the phones I have used area), then please let me know. If you have something up for sale, we might even be able to work a quick deal.

Priorities:
1.) Edge - I do work in non wifi areas, so tethering my phone to my laptop is essential. I have tmo unlimited data, so I make sure i abuse the crap out of the plan. Even without tethering I rack up somewhere between 15 - 20 MB of data per month.

2.) Smartphone OS (or good with Java) - I have a number of S60 programs that i have kept around that I like to use, and I have found their counterparts on windows mobile. I have also found a growing number of java apps that I can sub in with a decent built in calendar to take care of my needs. That being said, some phones suck at J2me and I hope to avoid them if I go with a non smarthphone OS

3.) Normal sized keypad (for me) - To put this into perspective, the T-mobile SDA is as big as the palm of my hand. If i put the end at the bottom of my palm the hump on top of the phone comes to the start of my fingers. The keypad, then, is the size of the space from the knuckle of my thumb to the top of the finger tip (not finger nail). The keypad on this device, the n70, and the 6230, then are too small. I have managed to do ok with vertically small keys if they are horizontally large, but the combination leads to 20 minute long txt attempts.

4.) Stereo Sound (or really really good mono) - I don't own an mp3 player, I don't have room (or the patience) to keep track of one. I listen to streaming music, watch Top Gear on my phone (if I can), and have started audio language lessons. Nice sound is important for all of this

5.) > 1.3 mp camera with flash - People can't keep track of me normally, so I have started to blog. (oooh..aaah!!!) I had picture blog thing going on with the 6260 that I liked because I can always find a picture to capture the thoughts of the day. I also don't own a digi camera (see reasoning on mp3 player), but i never print out pics, so a 2 mp camera is perfect for getting the random shots o the day

6.) Expandable memory - This is almost a given now a days, but I thought I would throw it in there. You can't really have any of the other priorities without having this one, and I am not dedicated to any of the formats.

It's a lot to go through, especially as I have been through a number of the options. The only phone I can think of that is left and fits all those options is the nokia 3230 (but the keypad looks awfully small). I am not married to a form, and hopefully someone out there can come up with something for me. Heh, maybe I should set up a finder's fee! Thanks guys.
