well first of all which is more beneficial running or biking? and what exercises can i do to stay fit?? i want to tone up a little to. im not sure what its called but the area behind my shins has like fat there how do i get it to go away? and i was wondering what stretches can i do to become more flexible (especially in my legs)?? i dont want to any yoga though so any other ideas...
