I have a Suzuki M50 motorcycle and the other day I noticed that when I turned it off, the back tail light stayed on. The brakes were not actuated as I tested them and the brake switches check out ok. Someone else told me that was a safety feature to keep anyone else from hitting it in a dark parking lot.
I can get the light to turn off if I turn the key to on then back to off.
The tail light uses LED's which draw very little current and probably pose no threat to draining the battery. Just wondering if anyone else has or seen or know of this problem/feature?
I don't have the manual for the motorcycle and when I called the Suzuki dealer, they said bring it in so we can inspect it ($$$).
