I plan to jump rope for 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening until i can do more without dying haha.
and every other day i plan to do arm stuff with 5 pound dumbbells, and also situps/pushups.
so if i do that and I jog/walk 3 or 4 days a week, and bike for one hour(6-8 miles) the other 2 or 3 days a week, how much weight could i lose by september 15th?
I am 5'2", 18 years old, and i weigh 150 lbs.
and i plan on eating fruit for breakfast, a protein bar for lunch, and a sensible meal for dinner. and fruits/vegetables whenever i feel hungry.
the protein bars are just for a month or so and then i'll gradually take them out of my plan and replace them with a healthy lunch, i just wanted a kickstart to my weight loss.
and i've replaced all my bevarages with water. except with dinner i have milk.

So how much weight could i lose by september 15th if i stuck to this plan?

Nobody can tell you how much you can lose...that depends on how many calories you burn versus how many you consume. You should not try to lose more than 3 lbs/wk or chances of regain are high.

Your eating sounds okay...nothing wrong with protein bars (that's my b'fast 5 days a week) and you need protein anyway so if you aren't eating meat with your b'fast or lunch, that's an acceptable way to get it.

Your workouts sound okay. Shoot for at least 1 hr of exercise a day, at least 5 days a week. For abs, do various crunches instead of situps. Look up crunches online if you are unsure of form (there are reverse, side-to-side, standing, and lying down types). Sit ups aren't as effective for abs as once thought).

At your height, your ideal weight range, per the source site, is 102 - 122, depending on your body frame size. If you're able to lose 3 lbs/wk that would be about 18 lbs by mid-Sept.

All that exercise and eating healthily sounds good as long as your used to it... just dont suddenly change your diet or start exercising when your not used to it or you can damadge yourself alot, so dont push yourself too much and only do what you can handle. If you are used to it then go for it :) you should loose quite a lot to this -not sure how much precisely because everyone is different but about
1 and a 1/5 to 2 stone

hope it helps :)
