Well im 16, 130 pounds or something and bout 5'7.... I just wanna know like how should i start running or jogging i have fat over my bellybutton nd i wanna get a flat stomach, i am not fat at all... But i do have a belly so any tips i should know? like wat to wear, how far i should jog how many min, hours. and how can i just build only a lil mussel you know for summer..... any way running tips, and exercise tips thx
