Running a race and figuring out when to eat?

I have an outdoor track meet tomorrow and it's starting at 4:00 pm. I'm pole vaulting and then I am running the mile and the 800 meter run. I have to have lunch at school around 11:00 but my guess is that I won't be racing until 5 or 6. Anyways, I normally eat a bagel with peanut butter 3 hours before my race. Should I eat the bagel for lunch and then have a power bar or should I eat a small lunch and then eat the bagel at like 3:00pm?
