Runescape- I hate switching worlds to find an empty Bandit Camp spot?

So i train at level 57 bandits in the Bandit Camp, theres 3 or 4 spots where u can just stand and they'll attack you all day, BUT, in all the worlds I switch to, it seems to be a waste of time because the camp is already full. is there any way or program i can use to find an empty spot?
