runescape-fastest way to lv fishing?

Barbarian-Rod fish near the barbarian outpost where you learn barbarian skills & you get fishing xp, str xp, agility xp & cooking xp from it. You use bait & a rod and get fish, then cut the fish & use them for bait for more fish. So there is no money profit but good xp. If you need help I can show you.
 
wat is the fastest way to lv fishing? currently i am lv 70

is it fly fishing or lobsters?
