rune is lagging on my computer?

well i added more ram it had 250 mb of ram now its up to 700+ ram and it starts up but i lags or twitches and its in low quality here are the specs : <Dell Dimension dim2400 intel(R) pentium(R) 4 CPU
2.40GHz 2.39 GHz, 768 MB of ram> and it laggs and twitches when i play runescape
