ive havent seen it but it does sound like your bog standard action film, i saw atomic train on 5 the other day, which seems to pretty much have the same storyline and not forgetting speed 1/2.
Im waiting for the follow up, atomic skateboard.

I think it's quite a good film, loaRAB of action etc. I bet you'll feel cold by the end of it ! John Voight is excellent, I'd give it 4 out of 5.

I understand it was Oscar nominated in 1985 and deservedly so. Jon Voight gives an impressive performance

I first saw it on one of the TPS movie channels last year. I bought the DVD soon after
