Rumor: Apparently a new Berserk... something is being made

Saw this on a chan site

Looks like it has CG in it , it may be a video game too though because i can't imagine the extreme violent content the further issues of the Manga translating to Japanese TV.
 
I took the liberty of changing the thread title.

Don't mean to be a party-pooper, but my response to all of the many, MANY Berserk continuation rumors over the years has always been the same: I'll believe it when I see it. And I don't count a pair of blurry screenshots on a message board with no reputable source behind it as "seeing it."
 
To my knowledge, there is a PS2 Berserk game, but it doesn't look like that, from what I recall.

I've been telling my girlfriend that, with Brotherhood and the new Inuyasha anime and all recently, I wouldn't be totally surprised to see Berserk get animated a bit more.

Still...I've been fooled before. Crossing fingers here, though.
 
Why was the third picture deleted? It was clearly an animated version of Casca that wasn't CG. Here's a link. You can see that picture of Casca and one of Puck too--it's definitely a new anime.

Funny that this topic was made yesterday--I literally borrowed the first six volumes from a friend of mine the same day.
 
True, but in the U.S. the anime came out first by a couple years, so that was most people's first exposure to it. In Japan the manga came first by almost a decade.
 
Found these too. Its rumored to be leaked from Studio 4c who will be announcing a new anime project in late 2009. Altho alot of people also think they're just good fakes.
