What is the right way to enforce company rules when employees break them? they don't seem to care some of the rules. I can explain in detail if you need to know more.
If they signed any paperwork when hired ,and they read and understood the conditions of employment, and don't abide by said agreement your only action is to say " You're FIRED"!
