Rugby training pre season?

first of all, spread your workouts so that they aren't always bunching up.
for e.g
Monday: 1 hour weight session and Ball skills
Tuesday: 25 minute jog and 100m sprints (because you are fullback you need speed so sprinting will be great)
Wednesday: Ball skills and Jogging
Thursday: Weights
Friday: Ball Skills and Weights

something along the lines of that program will be good for pre season training
but also it would be good to go see a personal trainer or even give your coach a call because he would have good advice on how he would want you to train to be fullback for his team
 
im 14 and play fullback i need a weekly pre season guide can somone please
make me one (eg.monday 25 min jog 45 min ball skills 30 min weights
