I have a 2003 Honda civic hybrid automatic that I just bought. When I am at a full stop when I accelerate after releasing the brake, it makes a rubbing noise for like 1 second. It runs perfect after that second. I think it's the brakes releasing too slow or not enough. If I let it sit for a second in between releasing the brake an accelerating the noise is less loud. Another reason I think it's the brake is because when I am in drive and release the brake it sits still for a second before it rolls forward. Any ideas? I'm planning on getting it checked out but still asking opinions. thanks!
