I know this question has been asked a lot, but I have a bigger problem. We have an excellent base-2 wood panels with skate wheels. We thought the wheels would be hollow,but they have bolt in the middle that we can't take out. We were planning to put a wooden dowel in between in the holes in the wheels with the rubberband in the middle, twisting the dowel to wind the rubberband, then letting it go. However, weee can't insert the dowel now. Have any ideas on how we would the wheels to spin? The dowel can't be glued or taped to anything but the wheels, as it needs to spin.
