Rubber band powered car?

I have to make a rubber band powered "Newton car" can someone tell me some ideas on how to make a fast one that can go pretty far? I have two rubberbands to work with, we're not allowed to push it, parts can be premade, (like car wheels and bodies), and it has to be less than 1 foot wide. And.... the track is 14 feet long..
