And I'm still baffled & bemused as to why he gets away with 2 accounts here

There should be no exceptions, period.

Well a long time ago when I PM'd a mod about a name change, I mentioned the 1 account 'rule'. He (she?) said that no such rule existed, but changed my name anyway.
I think i'll have to go look through the current rules myself, maybe you should too...

Where would with be without rules?

FRANCE.

Where would we be with too many rules?

GERMANY.

...so there.

The reason multiple accounts in teh bittorrent section is discouraged is because people used their own accounts to boost their bt reps and make themselves look better.

The reason it's not a rule is because this only matters to tards who give a shit about bt rep... :dabs:

what were the reason(s) to close the tracker 2 times before?? Server bills? Why? and how can we confide in RTSv3? For me was the best design in a tracker I ever seen and that's why I guess build solid tracker should be the main reason to comeback with better releases and more members, on the other side won't become in vain all support and effort to be a member and choose RTS to leech/seed. Am I wrong?

Wich will be be the user limit?

Thanks KREMBO

Our Biggest news today that RTS3 will be launching this August,
we are going on the time track that was planned earlier this year
and we hope continue our planned schedule in time

the reason was the bills were not being paid, private torrent sites don't have social security, the bills are paid by its users. A site whose user base consists only of traders, scammers, and cheaters, coincidentally lacks donors.
I don't want to feeed the discussion, and really want the comeback. But seeing the acceptation...
If it's true what you said, I can't find a consistent reason to blame the users at all,
in fact demonstrated where a staff or tacker problem.
The reason of hope I think should come from the voice of the staff...

China had better lift its 1 baby rule and get to fornicating if we're going to produce enough human beings to fill all the crappy 0day trackers.

If they (sysops) can't pay the bills, don't open a site. Donations are a bonus, givin by thankful members. If you have a good site, donations will come eventually, but probably not right away. Donations should not be expected or required. If you can't afford to run a site, don't!

That being said, I liked rts 1 and 2, in terms of layout and all. If they could have paid their bills, I'd still be there, and they wouldn't have to open v3...
