RSS to HTML Converter?

I want my site to have results like it does but only through rss instead, this way I can update multiple sites. I'm using webs.com so I believe the only way to get it is though html. I would also like to know if there's a way I can make it scroll?

I've used some sites that convert it but it doesn't list it like I want.

My site is allracing.webs.com.
